Corpus Medicorum
Orchestra of The Royal Melbourne Hospital

Music for the Soul 2013
The Royal Melbourne hospital foundation proudly presents the 2013 Corpus Medicorum concert series, Music for the Soul.
Corpus Medicorum was founded in late 2001 by Royal Melbourne Hospital Cardiothoracic Surgeon and violist Phillip Antippa. Inspired by the Australian Doctors Orchestra, Corpus Medicorum is comprised of doctors, medical students and other health professionals who play together to continue a fine tradition of regular music performance combined with raising funds for the Royal Melbourne Hospital.
This year Corpus Medicorum will perform two special concerts at the Melbourne Recital Centre and an intimate chamber concert at the IWAKI auditorium. It is a not to be missed concert series that demands an emotional involvement of both performers and audience alike. All proceeds raised from the concert go towards Lung Cancer Services at The Royal Melbourne Hospital.
